The Hibiscus Room at Prado Villas can accommodate all styles of seating and table arrangements for up to 60 delegates/guests. Recently  refurbished this self contained purpose built function room is ideal for informal meetings, training sessions, celebration dinners etc.

The room benefits from floor to ceiling doors on one wall that open to an outside terrace suitable for breakouts sessions, coffee breaks and al fresco dining.

The main meeting facilities offer:

• Overhead projector, flip charts, pens and paper

• TV and DVD
• Conference phone
• Business support services – fax, telephone messages, photocopying
• On site event coordinator

Smaller or separate meetings can be held in one of the villa units which has flexible furnishings to comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons in a meeting format.

Special arrangements that can be included in packages:

• Corporate branding of materials such as t-shirts, caps, towels and other items
• Arrangement of special excursions or attendance of Algarve events taking place
• Exclusive reservation of Prado Villas’ accommodation and facilities for the duration of an individual company’s event for up to 72 guests
• Airport transfers, hire car rental and off-site travel

We recognise that each group regardless of size will have specific requirements and budgets, so we tailor meeting packages based on these individual needs. Examples of package optins include:

• Hourly, half day and full day room hire.
• Half day and full day inclusive delegate packages.
• 24 hour inclusive delegate packages.
• Mid week and long weekend inclusive packages.

Board options for delegates include self catering, B & B, half board and full board which will be tailored to individual requirements and budegts.
